Kustbygg Group AB is Oskarshamn's leading construction and carpentry company, specializing in construction, flooring, and painting. We are expanding and are now looking for an experienced site manager to strengthen our team in flooring and painting.

About the position

As a site manager with us, you will play a central role in our projects. You will supervise a team of about 8-10 employees and ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and with high quality. The position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to be flexible in your working style.

Your tasks will include:

• Planning, leading, and distributing the daily work.
• Monitoring projects to ensure that timelines, quality, and budget are followed.
• Responsibility for personnel and work environment issues within your team.
• Continuous customer contact and quality assurance of completed work.
• Conducting planning and cost estimation/calculation.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in site management within flooring/painting.
• Knowledge of flooring installation is a requirement.
• Good experience with digital tools.
• Experience in cost estimation.
• Stress-resistant and flexible, with a solution-oriented approach.

Meritorious:

• Formal education in relevant areas is a plus.
